To strengthen consciousness of competition, sense of responsibility and service among front-line managers, Hangzhou branch,commissioned by the company's Department of Human Resources, undertookthe two-dayfront-line managerstraining course in the South Area from June 28thto 29thin Hangzhou. More than 50 company representatives from Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Hefei, Wuhan and other places attended the training.
The trainees first visited Ford production site in Hangzhou, to fully experience what lean management means in manufacturing. Then they were provided with theoreticexplanation and interactive presentations covering four aspects including howto manage themselves, manage theirsubordinates, manage the business and the team so that they wouldbetter integrate the concept of lean management into all aspects of modern logistics and operational processes.
